Reach Us Directly

How can we help you?

Three ways to reach the right person on the first call.

i.

Consultations & Scheduling

To schedule a surgical consultation, coordinate a procedure at NCSS, or ask a general facility question — our clinical team will route you to the right surgeon and help with next steps.

(949) 644-8182

Monday–Thursday, 8am–3pm · Friday by appointment only.

ii.

Rest‑Assure Pre-Op Consultation

Every scheduled surgical patient is offered a free pre-operative consultation with Dr. Rand Scott personally — medical history review, medication planning, and discharge coordination before the day of surgery.

(949) 644-8182

Ask for the Rest-Assure program.

iii.

Patient Forms & Preparation

Pre-operative paperwork, medication and eating guidelines, discharge planning, and what to bring on the day of surgery — all available for download and review before your visit.

Prefer to write?

Send us a note. We'll follow up.

Phone (949) 644-8182 is still the fastest way to reach us — but if you'd rather write, this form emails our office directly. Please do not include medical details or health information in this form; we'll follow up privately for anything sensitive.

How should we reach you?

Please keep messages general. For anything involving medical details, we'll follow up by phone.

Your First Visit

What to expect.

When you arrive at 1401 Avocado, you'll pull into free covered parking directly beneath our building. The elevator takes you to the first floor, where our reception opens into a space designed to feel less like a medical waiting area and more like a well-appointed living room.

A member of our clinical team greets you by name. If you're here for a Rest-Assure pre-operative consultation with Dr. Scott, you'll be shown to one of our private suites — the same space where your surgeon or anesthesiologist will meet with you on the day of your procedure.

We do not overbook. We do not double-book. Your appointment time is your appointment time, and the physician you came to see will be the physician you meet.

After Hours · Post-Op · Urgent

If you're a surgical patient with an urgent post-operative concern:

For a non-emergency question, first contact your surgeon's office during business hours. After hours, you may call your surgeon direct — your surgeon's number is listed on your discharge instructions. If your surgeon or on-call physician is not available, call our main number (949) 644-8182 at any hour. Calls after business hours will direct you how to get in touch with Dr. Scott.

For life-threatening emergencies, please call 911 first, then notify us.
