Four of our nine affiliated surgeons focus a substantial portion of their practice on breast surgery — Drs. Nichter, Horowitz, Toohey, and Bednar in particular. Dr. Andre completed a full year of direct training in the Pacific Center signature breast techniques during his 2024–2025 Orange County Aesthetic Fellowship under Drs. Nichter and Horowitz. Drs. Bernett, Leong, and Castaldo offer breast work as part of their broader practices.
Three distinct breast approaches associated with our roster were developed at Pacific Center for Plastic Surgery by Drs. Nichter and Horowitz: the California Breast Lift® (their registered name for a refined fat transfer to breast), vertical mastopexy (a limited-scar surgical lift, distinct from the T/anchor pattern most surgeons use), and rapid recovery breast augmentation.
Our fat-transfer specialist Dr. Bednar focuses his entire practice on autologous fat transfer to breast — the same underlying procedure as the California Breast Lift®, offered under the generic clinical name.
And for patients who specifically want a female surgeon for breast work, three of our affiliated surgeons are women.
