Anesthesiologist
Dr. H. Rand Scott is a board-certified anesthesiologist that has been practicing pain management and anesthesia for more than 25 years. Dr. Scott attended Pennsylvania State University where he received his B.S. degree in Biology. He then graduated from Pennsylvania State Medical School in Hershey, Pennsylvania. He interned at the University of Southern California and then completed his residency back at Penn State. Dr. Scott has been named a "Physician of Excellence" twice by his peers at the Orange County Medical Association. Throughout his career, Dr. Scott has been a guest lecturer at many hospitals and universities, has been an expert legal witness, and holds a seat on various medical and administrative boards. Working in some of the largest medical facilities in the world, Dr. Scott found it best to treat patients with the most personalized medical services possible in his own private practice in Newport Beach, California.
Larry Nichter

Dr. Nichter is one of America's most renowned plastic surgeons. He holds certification from the American Board of Plastic Surgery and has held leadership positions in plastic surgery departments, charities, and numerous plastic surgery societies.
He has over 20 years’ experience practicing in Southern California and has been recognized by his peers and other industry experts as a thought-leader in plastic surgery, both for his surgical skills and patient care. Dr. Nichter has been acknowledged as one of the “Best Plastic Surgeons in Orange County”, and he has received many awards and designations, including Real Self 100, Real Self, Top Doctor, Super Doctors, and Compassionate Doctor.
Thomas Toohey, M.D.

Dr. Thomas D. Toohey attended UCLA and the University of California Irvine where he earned a B.S. degree in Biology in 1985. He completed his medical education and surgical residency training at UC Irvine, followed by a plastic surgery fellowship at UC Davis and board certification through the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He also has specialty training in many areas including body sculpting, breast reconstruction, and laser surgery. Winner of multiple "Golden Scalpel" awards, Dr. Toohey can draw on his vast plastic and cosmetic surgery experience to guide you to your desired result.
Dr. Toohey has several affiliations including Newport Center for Special Surgery, the Children’s Hospital of Orange County, Hoag Hospital, and the Newport Beach Surgery Center.
Jed Horowitz
M.D., F.A.C.S.
Recognized as one of America's Top Doctors, Dr. Jed Horowitz began his plastic surgery career in Southern California in 1985. During his career, he has used his artistic surgical skills to perform thousands of cosmetic procedures. His extensive knowledge and experience have allowed him to create beautiful, natural surgical results. Dr. Horowitz is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a member of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). He has been recognized for his outstanding work by many publications including The Best Doctors in America and Top Surgeons. In 2013, Jed Horowitz, MD was selected, once again, to be honored in the annual peer-reviewed publication, America’s Top Doctors. Douglas Hendricks

A pioneer in the SmartLipo body contouring technique, Dr. Douglas Hendricks is a triple board-certified plastic surgeon, specializing in plastic surgery, general surgery, and surgery of the hand. Committed to providing the most compassionate care and high quality plastic surgery for every patient, Dr. Hendricks incorporates only modern, scientifically proven surgical techniques. With this philosophy, he helps each patient reach his or her goals for an improved sense of self through a more healthy, youthful, and vibrant appearance. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and completed his medical training in various prestigious hospitals across the country. He received his M.D. and completed a five-year general surgery residency at the University of Louisville, and a one-year Research Fellowship and two years of formal residency training in plastic surgery at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Hendricks also served for over 10 years as an associate professor of Plastic Surgery at Loma Linda University and School of Medicine.
Karen Leong

Dr. Leong is an accomplished board-certified plastic surgeon that embraces the nuances of beauty and graceful aging. Her understanding of the structural and soft tissue changes in the face and body allow her to treat each person with a thoughtful and comprehensive approach. By combining empathy with a gentle yet direct manner, she journeys with her patients through their rejuvenation process. Dr. Leong completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley, medical degree at Drexel University, and continued medical education at the Ivy League's, Brown University. She constantly strives to improve herself and her practice by donating much of her time to contribute to organizations such as The American Society of Plastic Surgeons, The Orange County Society of Plastic Surgeons, Plasticos Foundation, and Reshaping Lives California.
