Intimate aesthetic surgery is the category where patient privacy, physician gender preference, and unhurried consultation matter most. At NCSS, this work is performed exclusively by our three female surgeons — Drs. Leong, Bernett, and Castaldo. Dr. Karen Leong in particular has built a substantial focus in feminine rejuvenation and cup-couture-style intimate procedures.
Our facility itself is designed for the discretion this category requires. Private consultation suites rather than shared waiting areas. One nurse who stays with you from arrival through discharge. A ground-floor entry that avoids the visibility of a large medical building. And a scheduling model — Monday through Thursday, with Friday by appointment only — that lets us give each patient the time this consultation deserves.
